DESCRIPTION
Take your jigsaw puzzles with you. Never lose a piece again. Jigsaw
puzzles are super popular for a reason. They are fun and very relaxing.
Ja-Ja-Jiggy is a collection of over 100 high definition puzzles taken by
an award winning photographer.
GENERAL
- 100+ high quality, high resolution real puzzles.
- All photographs are already in the game. No need to download any more
content.
- No ads, no subscriptions, no buying more content. Everything is
already included.
- Don't be fooled by the dozens of puzzles flooded the market from the
same people with thousands of pictures with lots of pieces. These
photographs are 100% real.
SIZES
- 6x6 (36 pieces), 12x6 (72 pieces), 12x12 (144 pieces) and 24x12 (288
pieces). 288 pieces is plenty big enough especially on a cell phone with
a small screen.
- Timers are set from 5 minutes (small) to 1 hour (large). Timers allow
you to play against a clock. You can turn timers off if you like.
IN-GAME OPTIONS
- Can pause the game.
- Game is automatically saved on exit and restarted on entrance.
- Can play multiple games without finishing. Finish when you want.
- Puzzles include hints that set pieces into place.
- Can reshuffle the pieces at any time.
- Double click the board to quickly zoom in/out.
- Can quickly reset camera to start position.
- Shows pieces left and total number of pieces in the puzzle.
- Play with a countdown timer for excitement or turn off the time for
relaxation.
- Words with mouse and touch screen.
- Can set the zoom speed to 1 of 5 settings to your liking.
- Puzzles are either square or horizontal.
- Screen is always set to landscape/horizontal for better play.
- Pieces are randomized and spread around the board when a new game is
started.
- Pieces can be snapped together in smaller groups before placing into
place.
- Because all of the content is already included in the app, the in-game
response time is lighting fast. No need to wait for things to be
downloaded off the internet.
SETTINGS
- Can toggle double click fast zoom in/out to on or off.
- Can toggle countdown timer to on or off.
- Can adjust the music and sound effects
volumes by themselves.
- Can adjust the transparency of the puzzle
background.
- Settings are saved and will be automatically loaded when the app is
run.
PHOTOGRAPHS
- Puzzles are comprised of real high quality, high definition
photographs. These are not some low resolution drawings.
- Photos are supplied by award winning Pete Slifker Photography with
over 50 years of experience.
- Other than at awards, these photographs have never been released to
the public until now.
- The size of the download is bigger than other puzzles games. Why? Because the photographs are in high resolution and they are included in
the game. No more downloads. This allows you to play anywhere at
anytime.
- SlifkerGames' "Ja-Ja-Jiggy Jigsaw Puzzles:
Pete Slifker Photography" version 4.07 is now live on the Google Play Store
(Android). This fixes issues that made it non-compliant with some
of the recent Play Store guidelines. The reason is that they
constantly change things, so developers must keep constaltly change
things too. Unfortunately, this also means that your saved data is
no longer good. You will have to delete your saved data on your Android device.
Then, you could also delete the app,
redownload the app and reinstall the app just to be safe. Sorry about that.
If using Android 13 (other versions may
be slightly different), click on 'settings' (that is the gear icon at the top of screen), click on 'apps', click on the
name of the game, click on 'storage', click on 'clear cache', click on
'clear data', click on 'storage' at the top of the screen to go back one
screen, click on 'uninstall'. Then if you want, redownload and reinstall the
game. Finally, follow the instructions that come next. Your
'pro store' should look like picture D when all is done and good.
To see if your app's data is good or bad, do this.
From the main menu, click on the 'pro store' button. Picture A.
A) 'Pro
Store' Button (From Main Menu of Any of Our Apps.)
Next, when inside the app's 'pro store',
see which of the following three pictures it looks like: picture
B, C or D. If it looks like picture D, then you are good.
B) Old IAP 'Pro
Store' (You Must Now Delete Data and Reinstall App.)
(You have old
version of the app and data is bad.)
C) New IAP 'Pro Store' (You Must Now Delete Data and Reinstall
App.)
(You have new version of app but data is bad. The
'restore' button is not shown.)
D) New IAP 'Pro Store' (This is what it should look like.)
(You have the new version of the app and the data is good.)
If your 'pro store' looks like picture B,
then that is the old 'pro store'. It also means you have an old
version of the app. You will need to follow the instructions to
clear out any data on the Android device.
Note, this will also delete any saved games. Sorry about that.
If your 'pro store' looks like the
picture C, then you have the updated app version. However, the
'pro store' button doesn't do anything after clicking on it and the
'restore' bar is not there. You will need to follow the
instructions to clear out any data on the Android device. Note, this will also delete any saved games.
Sorry about that.
If your 'pro store' looks like the picture
D, then you are good. You want your 'pro store' to look like the picture with
the two bars.
If you have previously purchased the app,
then the 'sold' tag will be shown and the price should not be shown.
Clicking on the 'restore' button will
re-ping the server to see if you own the app or not. You could do that
if you have purchased the app, but it does not indicate it.
Any other times it will appear to do nothing because it has alrady verified
that the
information was already correct. Some apps will show this option
and others won't. It used to be a requirement from the stores to
show this, but now it's mostly an option. I am choosing to include
the 'restore' button just in case, but really it is not needed anymore.
The information gets pinged regardless.
The minimum API to run the game is now Android 10.
I will get the other non-android versions
of the game to the other stores soon.

Before, it was easy to get the
selection to zoom in and out over and over. This was formatting
issue with the graphic. Now, when you point the mouse pointed over
a button, the button will get bigger and stay that size.
Some text formatting was off due to the
multi-language translations. This is now fixed.

- Version 3.2 was uploaded to the Google Play Store (Android) and to the Microsoft

days before they go live. The changes include:
Added multi-language support (English, Spanish,
French and German).
Changed the buttons look from solid colors to ones
that have multiple rectangles in them.
Fixed IAP issues not working as they should.
The pro store should work properly for mobile, computer and console.
Fixed start menu not allowing mouse wheel to
scroll down the list of puzzles.
Changed the start menu's arrangement of where the
text is shown.
Modified some graphics here and there. The
best time before would show 'NONE' if there was no best time saved.
Now it shows "--:--". Also, the trademark is now consistent to the
top-right of the SlifkerGames logo.
Fixed an audio issue.
